The
Star Cruises previously operated two cruise ships
including Super Star Leo and Super Star Gemini bringing
more than 80,000 visitors to Ha Long Bay per year.
The shipping company will offer around 39 long sea
journeys on the SuperStar Virgo and SuperStar Aquarius
with the maximum capacity of 1,000 – 2,200 passengers
each from December 2007 to August 2008.
The ships will weekly depart from Hong Kong to Ha
Long Bay. Visitors will originate primarily from China,
Japan, and Korea.
