Hi!I wanted to make sure and let you know that we LOVED our tour. Tran Thanh Hieu was an awesome tour guide, he made sure we had all our questions answered and gave us a nice history lesson on VIetnam on our way out there. It seemed like he knew everyone in the village! Made us feel very welcome and took several photos for us that we love. I recommended the tour to my uncle (lives in Saigon) while my dad visits in the next few weeks. Hopefully they can have Tran Thanh Hieu as their tour guide and enjoy it as much as we did!!

Dear Mr Le Thuc,Just to let you know, we had a pleasant and enjoyable holiday in Hanoi and Halong Bay. Moonview Hotel, which was situated near the Old Quarters of Hanoi, was very clean and the breakfast was great. We enjoyed our day trip to Tam Coc ( three caves ) and the serene boat ride. Most enjoyable was our stay on board the Calypso Cruiser in Halong Bay. The scenery was beautiful and the food served on board was excellent! All in all, a wonderful short five days trip to Hanoi and Halong Bay. Thank you for the excellent arrangements. Some of my friends have asked me about our trip and I have recommended you and your travel company to them.

Teresa and myself had a wonderful time in Vietnam. Time was running and we are nearlly 2 weeks backin Germany already.
As for the Mekong Delta in special, it was just amazing. The trip has been organized very well from you and we missed nothing those 2 days. The Bassac was an very nice boat and we were lucky, that their was beside us just another couple on the boat. It felt like a private tour :)
There is nothing to improve from your side at all.
Should I come back to Vietnam one day I will definately book a tour through you again.

We had an outsanding holiday in Viet Nam.
We need to thank you for the very well and timely organization of the trip, as well as for the choice of hotels which was perfect.
The only bad thing was the trip from Ho Chi Minh to Nha Trang, which was arranged by car and the trip is very long. We heard from your office in Ho Chi Minh that this distance is now covered by plane not by car, we would have paid a bit more if needed to arrange it that way. For us 450 km is very short distance, but in your country the roads were not that good so it was quite a waste of time and very tiring.
We would definitely consider organizing more trips with you in the future.

The tour guides were all exceptional so please pass on our appreciation to them also. Our favourite was Mr Setty? (dont know how to spell it!) the guide in Siem Reap Cambodia- he was amazing!!
