Dear Mr. Lee. . .we have just arrived home from two fantastic weeks in Vietnam and Cambodia which you and your Company organized for us. I just wanted to congratulate you all as everything went so well. . .your recommendations of Hotels was excellent at all cities and we were very comfortable and so well looked after by the staff at the Hotels. It was so interesting to learn of the countries and their history and the guides were so good as were the drivers who would go to so much trouble to ensure we were looked after and they were so punctual. The Whites and Spencers have now gone on to Laos. Whilst we enjoyed our visit to Hanoi. The LÁmant was a great experience and we enjoyed the size of the boat and the smaller group compared to larger boats that we saw on the Mekong. We did a bit of paddling through the floods in Siem Reap but where we couldnt go the Tuk Tuk was always there, and of course the highlight was Ankor Wat and Ta Prohm truly amazing. Thank you once again we will have no hesitation in recommending your Company to our friends and fellow travellers in the future.

Mr Hong and Mr. Hieu were excellent tour guides and has made our trip enjoyable.
Mr Mit Thu Du (driver in HCM) was also very helpful and friendly.

I wanted to make sure and let you know that we LOVED our tour. Tran Thanh Hieu was an awesome tour guide, he made sure we had all our questions answered and gave us a nice history lesson on VIetnam on our way out there. It seemed like he knew everyone in the village! Made us feel very welcome and took several photos for us that we love. I recommended the tour to my uncle (lives in Saigon) while my dad visits in the next few weeks. Hopefully they can have Tran Thanh Hieu as their tour guide and enjoy it as much as we did!!Thanks so much Tran Thanh Hieu!!!!!

We had an amazing trip to VN. We especially enjoyed Hanoi, Ha Long and Sapa.
Hue, Da Nang and Hoi An are beautiful. We wished we could have stayed in Da Nang longer. The beach there was just fantastic...next trip perhaps. Our guide in Central VN was very friendly and recommended very good local restaurants for us. The drivers were always on time and courteous. We are very happy with the service.
When I talked about the trip with family and friends, everyone wants to go and visit :). I will get in touch with you for future trips.

Thank you for putting together the itinerary - we really enjoyed each day in Vietnam.
All Tour Guides were outstanding! Very good team.
All hotels were excellent - the only one a little below all the rest was the "Family Inn" in HCM... maybe because we got used to other nice hotels... breakfast was not that great (when compared to the other hotels). Maybe the hotel is showing its age.
As soon as I can I'll write a good review on Trip Advisor on your company.

Dear Mr Lhe Thuc,In general my people are happy with the Vietnam Hotel, the guide is very good with the way he talks and accommodated the group, very considerate, he is very honest and so courteous, with the foods everything is right and very palatable, with the presentations and all it is quite excellent. In Cambodia some feedbacks only is the transfer from Ho Chi Minh to Siem Reap which took us around 14 hours including transfers of Bus, hence, bus is very good with the snacks also, some how, in Cambodia since I have with me some Senior Citizens with the Group, they wishes to normally go with the mini bus not to walk everytime especially the Angkor Wat would take an hour to reach so the Bus should bring the guests if possible bec during the tour they simply walk and walk.
Further, hotel is ok some rooms only got problem with say likages in some portion like in Labatory for Rm 309, Rm 310 also liking in the toilet portion in Lucky Angkor Hotel. The guide is quite accommodating also but not as Mr Khua was. Foods are ok also especially the Buffet LUnch after Angkor Wat and all.
I am satisfied in general and happy to have you as my tour operator expect me that in the near future you will always have my group then.

Ms.Chi,I'm sorry for my late comments. Definitely I will request your service when I visit Da Nang again. I was very happy to talk to you even when we got to the hotel late. In spite of impossible contact with you but phone, you made big effort to take care of us. Whenever you sent me, they were quick responses. The driver picked us up and took us as the round trip from Da Nang to Hoi An was very kind and courtesy. The only one thing that I'm still wondering is we paid twice for the entrance fee for Myson Ruins. We paid it for you (I thought it was included in our total amount) and we had to give it to the guide on the bus of Myson. It was okay, but little unclear.
Anyway, it was a great experience, a great deal with your service and thank you for taking care of us for this trip. You are the best.
